Basic terms of usage:

Office Hours

Oubly.com's offices are open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST Monday through Saturday except on major holidays.

Payment terms

All prices shown on Oubly.com are in USD. All online orders are prepaid. Oubly.com accepts all major credit cards. Payment terms may be available depending on the type of purchase, amount, and credit verification.

Price Quotes

Quotes do not constitute final prices and are based only on the information you provide. All price quotes are valid only within 30 days of their original date. Oubly.com reserves the right to change prices on custom quotes without prior notice.

Over & Under Run Quantity

Oubly.com normally delivers the requested order quantity with a small number of extras at no additional charge. We count and weigh each order before packaging to ensure correct quantity.

However, please note that , Oubly reserves the right to ship within 5% over or under the requested quantity. If a minimum quantity is a necessity we recommend that you adjust the total quantity ordered to account for the possibility of an under run.

Turnaround Period

Turnaround time or production time refers to the number of business days during which we manufacture your printing order, which begins with file approval and ends with production completion.

Because each printing product demands a different printing process, the production time will vary for each order. Please note that production time does NOT include the shipping or delivery time from our Los Angeles facility to the final shipping destination.

Most products are ready to be shipped in 2-5 business days. Double-layered cards take approximately 5-8 days to print. Die-cut and products with additional finish may take up to 15 days to get ready for shipping.

Cut Off Time

The deadline for submitting and approving an order is 1 p.m. PST. Orders placed and approved before 1 p.m. are processed the same day. Any order placed or approved after 1 p.m. will start processing the next business day.

File Submission Requirements

To help Oubly.com print your order correctly, please adhere to our file and photo requirements as outlined in our FAQ section.


Please note that papers and prices are subject to change without notice.

Color Proof & Color Matching

We do not guarantee color matching on our 4 color process printing and cannot prevent slight color shift throughout an order.

We cannot control the color reproduction of a customer's computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the actual print color will precisely match any preview as it appears in your monitor.

PDF Proof Additional Charges

If you choose to receive a PDF proof, Oubly.com will review your design in detail, fix all issues within your uploaded photos, and create and email your PDF proof for your approval.

Email Notifications

Please provide Oubly.com with a valid email address and update your email settings to prevent having our notifications sent to your spam folder.

Order Disclaimer

Please check your files thoroughly before submitting them to our online ordering system. Please note that Oubly.com is not responsible for:

Oubly.com is not liable for any damages resulting from the unwitting violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names or logos as uploaded by the customer. The customer guarantees the legal ownership or permission of all submitted files, photos, text contents, and artwork.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time and charges may not be included in our initial price estimates unless specified by our representatives or shown in the website. Oubly.com is not responsible for third party delays or damage to shipped orders. Once shipping status is updated to delivered status from the shipping provider, Oubly is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.

Change Orders

We suggest that you contact us BY PHONE and we will make the necessary changes for you. 1-800-596-8259

Order change requests sent by email or submitted through the "Contact Us" section of Oubly.com will not be accepted.


To re-order a previously fulfilled order, contact Oubly.com at 1-800-596-8259 and ask our customer service representatives to find your previous order and place a new order for you.

The option to change the quantity or paper type is available in the cart section. You can also contact Oubly.com at 1-800-596-8259 and ask our customer service representatives to locate your previous order and place a new order for you.

Order Cancellation

For order cancellations, please notify Oubly.com immediately at 1-800-596-8259.

Please note that to avoid processing charges your cancellation must be made before you have approved your PDF proof. No refund will be issued for services such as PDF proofs, hard copy proofs, design services, marketing information, and business consulting.

We do not issue a full refund once an order has been sent to production. There will be charges related to any services that may have been performed up to the time of cancellation.

Shipping Information

If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information that was provided by client, Oubly.com will contact client to obtain the correct address, then re-ship the package to the correct address at customer's expense.

All content of this website, including design, text, graphics, and interface information are copyrighted by Oubly.com. Reproductions or storage of content of this website in all forms, media, technologies, and structures now existing or hereafter developed is illegal and subject to the U.S. Copyright Act of 1976, Title 17 of the United States Code. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, save, transmit, distribute, or modify the contents of this site or our blog in any way without the prior written consent of Oubly.com.

Limited Liability

Oubly.com, its employees, and agents are not responsible for any particular incidents, acts of God, delays, or consequential losses resulting from loss of data or profit to client whether Oubly.com was notified of these losses in advance or not.

Privacy Policy

Oubly.com is the sole user of the information that you provide. We use your information only to send you communications regarding file approvals, file issues, order processing updates, tracking numbers, and shipping and tracking order updates. We may send you information regarding free product offers, promotions, discounts, policy changes, and newsletters only if you chose to receive these updates at the time that your account was created. Oubly.com does NOT share, rent, lease, or sell your information to any companies or vendors that we use to produce products.

Please note that Oubly.com may share requisite information with third party vendors such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and other freight companies when shipping your packages.

Governing Laws

Oubly.com is located in Los Angeles, California. Therefore, laws of the state of California shall govern any disputes regarding any transactions with Oubly.com. All disputes are subject to settling in the courts within the jurisdiction of courts located in city of Los Angeles, California.


Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oubly.com, its employees, officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees arising from or related to customer use of the site. You also certify that you own the rights to or have permission to use the images reproduced as part of your order.

Right to Subcontract

Due to the nature of our business, we may need to subcontract whole or part of the orders that we receive. We do NOT share, lease, rent, or sell any customer information with third party vendors.

Postage Rates

Oubly.com is not responsible for postal charges applied to sending proofs or other materials requested by the customer unless formally approved by an Oubly.com representative.

Warranty Disclaimer

All sales are final. Oubly.com does not provide any warranty for the product(s) manufactured or sold by Oubly.com or its affiliated companies.

Production Issues &Refunds

Our products are custom manufactured upon ordering. Therefore, we will not be able to accept returns. However, we will gladly reprint and ship your order at no cost if there are any production-related issues with that order.

We will reprint your order if:

Please contact us within two business days after receiving your order for a reprint request. We may ask that you return your damaged order for further analysis. Oubly.com will pay for all return shipping costs of damaged orders.

Right to Cancel Submitted Orders

Oubly.com reserves the right to cancel an order and refund payment if we realize that the order cannot be fulfilled due to a short turnaround request or extra requests by the customer that may alter the originally agreed price for that particular product.

Promotional Rights

Unless notified in writing, Oubly.com reserves the right to use printed images of customer orders for advertising purposes. We may take pictures of a printed order, write articles about the printed piece, or distribute the images or articles through our social media channels and blog networks. We may also showcase printed pieces in other advertising channels and on our website pages.

Right to Refuse Service

Oubly.com reserves the right to terminate membership or refuse service to any individual or company based on our representative analysis with or without explanation of the cause to a member.

Oh Snap! There was some issue
